Sunflower's are not something you might usually consider edible, but its microgreens are surprisingly delicious, smooth and buttery. With a unique shape and size to other microgreens they are definitely worth trying out. Eaten as sprouts or as microgreens, sunflower contains vitamin B and E, chlorophyll, zinc, potassium and magnesium.
Growing sunflower microgreens also means that any left-overs can be planted in the garden and will grow the iconic summer sunflower that we all know and love.

Pre-soak seeds overnight before germination, for best results sow densely together.
