What Happens After You Order?

Welcome to Farmwall. You're not just subscribing to a product — you're bringing living nutrition infrastructure into your workplace.

1. Welcome Call

Once your order is placed, a member of our friendly Farmwall team will contact you within 1–2 business days.

We'll discuss:

• Your workplace goals

• Team size

• Preferred installation location

• Installation timing

• Internal launch opportunities

2. Site Planning

We'll help determine the ideal location for your Farmwall based on:

• Visibility and engagement

• Access to power

• Staff accessibility

• Harvesting convenience

• Overall workplace experience

3. Onboarding & Communications

You'll receive onboarding materials to help introduce Farmwall to your team, including:

• Internal communications templates

• Launch announcements

• Harvesting instructions

• Food safety information

• Frequently asked questions

• Content for newsletters and social media

4. Customise Your Experience

Every workplace is different.

We can tailor your Farmwall experience with options such as:

• Meet & Eat harvesting sessions

• Nutrition and wellbeing workshops

• Sustainability activations

• ESG and impact reporting

• Team engagement campaigns

• Workplace events and celebrations

5. Installation Day

Our team will deliver, install and commission your Farmwall.

To ensure a smooth installation, we'll require:

• Loading bay access where available

• Goods lift access for multi-storey buildings

• Access to power at the installation location

• A nominated site contact

Most installations are completed within a few hours.

6. Subscription Activation

Your subscription is activated once your Farmwall is installed and operational.

Any time between ordering and installation will be credited and adjusted from your subscription fees, ensuring you only pay for an active Farmwall service.

7. Ongoing Care

Our team manages everything required to keep your Farmwall thriving:

• Maintenance and servicing

• Produce replenishment

• Food safety management

• Remote monitoring

• Technical support

All you need to do is harvest, enjoy and share the experience with your team.
